Custom-order policy
All custom orders are created from the details you provide. Before production begins, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the final design, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizing, quantity, placement, and product selection.
- Production begins only after final approval and required payment.
- Turnaround estimates begin after approval and payment—not from the first message.
- Changes requested after approval may require a new design fee, material charge, and timeline.
- Colors may vary slightly between screens and physical materials.
Please approve carefully. Saint & Savage Co. is not responsible for customer-approved spelling, sizing, color, quantity, or layout errors.
Cancellation policy
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of payment only if design work, material ordering, or production has not started. Because custom orders reserve creative time and materials, cancellation is not guaranteed once work begins.
Once work has started
Design/setup fees are nonrefundable after design work begins. Payments for custom products are nonrefundable after materials are ordered, products are personalized, or production begins.
Changes instead of cancellation
If your plans change, contact us immediately. When possible, we may offer an order adjustment or store credit based on completed work and purchased materials. Any offer is handled case by case.
Returns & order issues
Personalized, custom-made, digital, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for preference changes, incorrect customer-provided information, or approved design details.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Include your order details and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
If Saint & Savage Co. made the error or the item arrived damaged, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund for the affected item.
Garment and product sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting sizes. Brand, cut, and fit can vary, so review any provided size chart before approving your order.
Shipping & fulfillment
Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, supply availability, and high-volume periods can affect timing.
- Confirm the full shipping address before payment.
- Customers are responsible for reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Tracking confirms carrier movement but does not replace delivery claims with the carrier.
- Contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem so we can help you document the issue.
Privacy policy
Saint & Savage Co. collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, prepare orders, receive payment through any selected payment provider, arrange fulfillment, and provide customer support.
Information you may provide
This may include your name, contact information, shipping details, order specifications, uploaded artwork, and messages. Payment providers process payment-card information under their own privacy and security practices.
How information is used
Information is used to communicate with you, create and fulfill your order, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your artwork and photos
Do not submit private, unlawful, or unauthorized content. Customer artwork is used to complete the requested work. We will ask before using identifiable personal photos as promotional content.
Terms of service
By approving a design or paying for an order, you agree to the approved order details and these policies. You confirm that you have permission to use any names, photos, logos, artwork, trademarks, or other content you submit.
Saint & Savage Co. may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Unless transferred in writing, original design concepts and working files created by Saint & Savage Co. remain the studio's intellectual property; your purchase covers the finished product or specifically listed deliverable.
Services, pricing, product availability, turnaround estimates, and these policies may be updated as the business changes. The version in effect when your order is accepted applies to that order.
